**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for our walk-in customers, providing personalized financial concierge services to help them achieve their financial goals and aspirations. You will be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services, and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer deposit products, including features, benefits, and eligibility requirements, to educate and inform customers.
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of customer trust.
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation to effectively engage and support customers.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year or more of experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
* Cash handling skills and experience with mobile services and online banking services.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
