You'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to delivering first-class customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to drive real change in the healthcare industry. **Responsibilities** As a Member Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional inbound and outbound phone-based customer service, ensuring first call and/or email resolution, and de-escalating calls through clear and accurate exchange of information. * Following up, resolving, and documenting issues in a timely manner. * Routing inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conducting routine research as needed. * Following up on pended items and routing incoming paperwork to correct departments for completion. * Working with highly sensitive information while maintaining Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements. * Performing with reliable and consistent behaviors, performance goals, and metrics, and attendance. * Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * One (1) year of previous customer service experience. * High School Diploma or GED, or 2 years of work experience. * Experience with MS Office or other computer platforms. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Two (2) years of college-level courses or two (2) years of work experience with phone-related customer service. * Healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing, or Facets experience. * Experience working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality. **Benefits** As a Member Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Free parking * Paid training * Wellness program * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Tuition reimbursement * Paid time off * Vision insurance * 401(k) matching **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
