**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to insurance customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, and navigate complex insurance products and policies
* Develop empathetic solutions to customer problems, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, and adhere to company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must reside in Pennsylvania
* Must be at least 18 years old
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
* Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
* Must have open availability during operating hours
* Professional customer service aptitude is essential
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam
* Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection
* Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
* Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets); cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training
