**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships, and recommending suitable deposit and other banking products and services. You will be a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, ensuring that their financial needs are met and exceeded. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, including savings accounts, checking accounts, and other banking solutions.
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining a secure work environment.
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
* Cash handling skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain a secure work environment.
* Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
