What You'll Do
Assist clients with arranging vacations, cruises, resorts, tours, and other leisure travel experiences
Coordinate travel requests and help organize trip details from start to finish
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages using approved platforms
Review reservations and confirmations to ensure information is complete and accurate
Provide prompt, professional assistance tailored to each client's needs
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging systems
Support schedule changes, reservation updates, and travel-related requests
Maintain accurate records, travel documentation, and customer information
Participate in virtual training sessions and team development programs
