**Key Responsibilities**
* Promote and sell arenaflex's services to customers, including air travel and other related products
* Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets

* Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect customers

* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
