Primary Responsibilities
Support clients with travel arrangements, reservation assistance, and trip coordination
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and vacation opportunities using approved resources
Gather and organize travel information to help create seamless travel experiences
Verify reservation details and travel records before final processing
Provide prompt, professional service through phone, email, and digital communication channels
Assist with itinerary revisions, booking requests, and travel-related inquiries
Monitor client needs and help resolve service-related concerns efficiently
Maintain organized records, confirmations, and customer documentation
