Key Responsibilities

Explore destination options, accommodations, transportation, and travel packages using approved resources
Coordinate booking details and help ensure information is complete and accurate
Provide personalized assistance based on client interests, travel goals, and preferences
Respond to inquiries and requests through email, phone, and online communication channels
Support clients with itinerary revisions, travel updates, and reservation-related concerns
Track and organize client information, confirmations, and travel documentation
Stay current on travel products, supplier offerings, and company updates through ongoing training
