Responsibilities
Assist clients with vacation reservations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and leisure travel requests
Research available options and gather travel information using approved booking and supplier platforms
Coordinate trip details and help ensure reservations are processed accurately
Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the planning process
Answer questions and assist with service requests through email, phone, and online communication channels
Support clients with schedule adjustments, reservation modifications, and travel updates
Organize and maintain client records, confirmations, and travel documentation
Stay informed through training programs, educational resources, and team meetings
