As a key member of our arenaflex family, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their benefits packages, payroll, and related issues. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a knack for problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to calls from customers who have questions regarding their benefits package, including 401K, Health Insurance, Pension, or Payroll-related inquiries. * Assisting with website or application-related issues in regards to accessing their benefits. * Answering questions regarding products or services the customer may have. * Assisting the customer with enrolling in their benefits plan through their employer. * Documenting customer interactions in the client system thoroughly, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. * Transferring data from documents into the client's system. * Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit information updates, 401K withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. * Conducting independent research, utilizing tools and resources provided, to determine the best resolution to a customer's case. * The ability to work on cases independently, while supporting your team as a whole, is essential. **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of call center experience OR 2 years of customer service experience. * Strong computer navigation and organizational skills. * The ability to complete and pass online training, with a commitment to attending 100% of the training sessions (no missed time). * The ability to pass a background check. **Technical Requirements:** To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you'll need: * A desktop or laptop computer (Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible). * Operation system: Windows 10. * Mac Computers are not compatible. * Processor speed: i4 or greater processor (Ryzen Series 4 or greater is also compatible). * RAM: 8GB or better. * Hard Drive: 256 SSD or better. * All peripherals must be wired. * Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 20MB download and 10MB upload speeds. * SL, Cable, Fiber ONLY (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service) and no VPN services. * A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation (Plantronics 3310 and 3320 are permitted options). * An active, functioning webcam for training and meetings. * A second monitor/screen is required. **Benefits and Compensation:** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive pay rate of $17 per hour once you reach production. * Paid training at $15.25 an hour. * Benefit eligibility after 60 days, including Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k. * A fully remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from home. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and a referral program. **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
