- Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and ensuring accuracy.
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases.
- Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and providing timely solutions.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
- Handling additional duties from time to time as required by the team.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create accurate spreadsheets and documents.
