As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding results and making a positive impact on people's lives. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Interacting with customers to provide information, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner * Determining the client's issue, offering possible solutions, or providing follow-up as needed * Resolving customers' service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills * Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or GED * 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in high call volume environments * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information * Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens * Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle complex calls and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Preferred skills: A pharmacy background is preferred but not mandatory * Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred **Work Environment and Benefits** As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A 6-month contract with high potential for extension * Competitive pay rate of $18.83 per hour on a W2 contract * Flexible work schedule, with day and midday shifts available * Opportunity to work in a 24/7 call center environment * Video interviews via Zoom/MS Teams * A wired LAN connection from the modem/router to the desktop or laptop (wireless connectivity is not permitted) * A 2-meter LAN cable provided by the client (candidates are responsible for acquiring additional length if necessary) * A table and office chair * Use of video during training, team meetings, and as required by the client * A quiet workspace with a hard-wired internet connection **Compensation and Perks** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive pay rate of $18.83 per hour on a W2 contract * 401(k) plan * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance * Work-from-home opportunities * 8-hour shift schedule * Opportunity for career growth and professional development **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
