**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Medicare team on a 3+ months contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our Medicare customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to Medicare customers via phone, email, and chat
* Process claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related tasks
* Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment (inbound calls only)
* Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset

* Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
