**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and efficient manner
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
