**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Answering Inbound Calls**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

**What Skills You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Regular and Reliable Attendance**: Maintain a regular and reliable attendance record, including adherence to the daily schedule as assigned.
* **Call Center or Customer Service Experience**: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
* **Flexibility**: Be flexible with your working schedule, including the possibility of working weekends, holidays, and events.
* **Computer Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency with computer applications and software.
* **Self-Motivation**: Possess confidence in your self-motivation techniques and ability to work independently.
* **Age and Education Requirements**: Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School diploma or GED.
