Our team is passionate about building strong relationships, driving business growth, and making a positive impact on our communities. **Job Summary** As a Customer Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers' organizations. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that drive incremental business and exceed program objectives. If you're a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with Market Managers and store-level decision-makers to drive incremental business and exceed program objectives * Collaborate with internal Business Partners (Customer Account Managers, Supply Chain, Sales Execution Team) to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth * Conduct post-promotional analysis to measure the success of promotional activities and provide feedback to leadership on market trends * Sell-in and implement local, regional, and national marketing programs to drive business growth and exceed program objectives * Build frontline engagement with customers to drive business growth and exceed program objectives * Sell-in look of success to customers and measure marketplace execution to drive business growth and exceed program objectives * Take initiative and manage multiple projects to drive business growth and exceed program objectives * Build customer and selling capabilities within the field organization to drive business growth and exceed program objectives **Essential Qualifications** * Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or Beverage category experience preferred * Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing, inquiring) * Strong collaboration skills * Ability to create and conduct sales presentations * Analytical thinking (strategic, thinking systematically, problem-solving) * Consumer Goods and Beverage Industry knowledge preferred * Experience influencing effective negotiation and selling with customers * Change agent who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * Bachelor's degree preferred * 3-5 years in the consumer goods industry, preferably in a sales role * Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills * Excellent planning and organization skills * Proficient in computer application skills * Ability to use and understand mobile applications * Ability to work variable schedules, potential weekends, and holidays * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license * Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by company * Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years* * Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours * Frequent lifting of 25+ pounds.
