As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences, working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support. **What You Will Do** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, acting as a key liaison between our customers and our company. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with general inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information regarding: * Pricing and product information * Availability of inventory and delivery schedules * Order confirmations and invoicing * Collections and returns To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively in a patient, empathetic, and passionate manner, and put yourself in our customers' shoes to advocate for them when necessary. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain customer relationships by handling different operative responsibilities * Process, monitor, and follow up on customer purchasing orders * Ensure effective service and administrative support to customers by providing material delivery information and following up on order status * Provide information to customers about material lead times, product availability, and pricing through efficient, prompt, and friendly communication * Create invoices and corrections, if necessary, as well as returns of material * Schedule visits to the showroom, lead material views, and reserve specific material * Solve customer issues from order to delivery and maintain customer account receivables * Provide customer support over the phone, face-to-face, and via email * Perform analysis in SAP as requested by the General Manager, Operations Manager, or the sales/promotion force * Manage and maintain the showroom, including ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and placing marketing materials * Log and attend to daily visitors and events, recording each visitor/event into SalesForce * Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments for customers and end-users, checking stock of materials when requested, and highlighting any possible stock issues that may arise **What You Need to Succeed** **Experience** * 3+ years of experience in Customer Service * 2+ years of experience with invoicing and order entry * Desired: Customer Service experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience **Education** * High School Diploma/GED * Desired: College degree **Knowledge** * Computer literacy to a relatively high standard: Outlook, Excel, Word * Desired: Use of SAP, ERP, or order system **Skills** * Excellent customer service skills, experience working directly with end customers within a fast-moving and dynamic organization * Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced environment * Exceptional customer-facing and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal **What We Offer** * Join a company with an international mindset and presence in 100+ countries * Be part of an amazing growth story, sustained by an extraordinary innovation with products such as Silestone, Dekton, and Sensa by arenaflex * Demonstrate your great sales set skills and grow your career in a challenging project * Enjoy a competitive hourly range of $19-$21, with potential for annual awards based on individual and company performance * Participate in a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability, and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance * Enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month * Enjoy paid time off, including vacation time, sick time, and floating holidays **About arenaflex** At arenaflex, our purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces.
