We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key player in delivering outstanding customer service, you'll be the face of our company, building strong relationships with our customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process.
- Partnering and providing administrative support to arenaflex's Sales Department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Performing basic data entry and other administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient workflow.
Qualifications
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged, with a proven track record of resolving conflicts and ensuring timely payments.
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Essential skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach.
- Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS.
- Time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A collaborative and team-player mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods.
