Your primary duties will include: * Reviewing and identifying issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner (50%) * Maintaining a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate accordingly (10%) * Ensuring all calls within business hours are answered and handled appropriately while providing high-quality customer service to callers within company guidelines (10%) * Performing payment transactions and requesting payment from accounts reflecting a balance (10%) * Assisting with clerical duties as needed, such as email, facsimile, etc. (10%) * Requiring close supervision and guidance from the supervisor (10%) **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1+ years of medical revenue cycle experience (2+ years preferred) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in workflow systems and software applications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent time management and productivity skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
