**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism, and exceeding customer expectations.
**A Typical Day in Your Role**
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and ability to apply and explain it to customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
**The Equipment You'll Need**
* Internet speed > 15 Mbps (hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended)
* USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
* Smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
