Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Help customers with their needs, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up-to-date with client products and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
Schedule and Flexibility:
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. You will have the opportunity to choose your own hours, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Earnings and Revenue:
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect to earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics, providing opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

Technology and Equipment Requirements:
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you will need:
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements:
To ensure a productive and comfortable work environment, you will need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
Contractual Relationship:
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
