**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Representative/ Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service standards and advice to resolve their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels, and working with various stakeholders to implement solutions.
* Developing account plans to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
* Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
* Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
* Escalating customer feedback as required.
**The Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service. If you have:
* At least 1 year experience within a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deal with numerical data.
* The ability to work as a strong team player, managing multiple stakeholders and building high-performing teams.
* A strong mentor and coach who can develop and lead others to achieve their full potential.
