As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue. **Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and facilitate the sales process
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a proven track record of handling multiple conversations simultaneously
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow
**Requirements**
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a proven track record of handling multiple conversations simultaneously
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
