**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:
* Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers
* Understanding customers' businesses and needs, and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their relationship with arenaflex
* Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall customer satisfaction
* Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
* Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and grow revenue
* Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the finance solutions market
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or finance-related industry
* Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
