**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build their customer database
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and pain points
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems
* Strong ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is preferred)
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
* Attend 4 weeks of training Tuesday – Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST
* Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
