**Responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring efficient product delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Relationship Management**: Reach out to existing and potential customers to address their needs and explore sales opportunities.
* **Account Coordination**: Serve as an internal account coordinator for designated accounts, ensuring seamless communication and efficient product delivery.
* **New Business Development**: Cultivate relationships with new clients to expand our customer base and identify new sales opportunities.
* **Order Management**: Provide accurate quotes, enter orders into the system, and follow up on transactions to ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders.
* **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights on potential sales leads and drive business growth.
* **Logistics Support**: Liaise with logistics as needed to ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders.
* **Account Support**: Support fellow Inside Sales Representatives in managing and growing their accounts.
* **Product Recommendations**: Recommend suitable products to customers based on their requirements, ensuring they receive the best possible solution for their needs.
* **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms, providing ongoing support and consultation to clients.
* **Product Promotion**: Distribute product samples and catalogs to interested customers, promoting our products and services.
* **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitors' activities to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
* **Credit Management**: Gather credit information on prospective clients and facilitate order processing.
* **Negotiations**: Engage in negotiations with retail partners to enhance product visibility and promotion.
* **Customer Complaint Resolution**: Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and reinforce client loyalty.
* **Order Entry**: Enter orders efficiently using SAP software, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Language Proficiency**: Proficient in English (Advanced level).
* **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent education.
* **Experience**: 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles, with a strong background in call centers, particularly for bilingual campaigns.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP software.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening abilities and critical thinking.
* **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
**Location**
This position is exclusively open to residents of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and is a remote position with a Monday to Friday schedule, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
