**Why You'll Love This Job**
As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs division, you'll be an integral part of a team that promotes and sells air travel on arenaflex. You'll be responsible for:
* Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex
* Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
* Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
* Communicating with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
* Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
**What You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
* Knowledge of Native SABRE
* The ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
* A high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
* Satisfactory attendance required
