**Job Summary**
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative – Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible online experience.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries
* Provide accurate information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients receive valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the online experience for our clients and their customers
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Have a handle on basic internet and window-based computer skills, with experience in online chat platforms a plus
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a helpful bonus
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
**Requirements**
* Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is preferred
