As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis.

**Role Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You'll be an independent worker who loves solving problems, making people happy, and putting together outfits for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
* Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
* Associate must perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
* Collaborate with the customer success team to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Provide product recommendations and styling advice to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day
**Expected Hours and Work Environment**
* Expected hours for the role are M-F, 2pm-10pm EST plus the occasional weekend shift
* Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business
* Work remotely from the comfort of your own home or office
* Collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team of customer success professionals
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role
* Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
* On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
* Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and product
* Have a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture
