Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics / Decision Science Consultant to join our team on an urgent basis. This role requires strong expertise in marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and campaign performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly onboard and drive impact within a fast-paced environment.
• Designation: G7 (preferred) (Salary upto : 130k to 150k)
• Fulltime role
• Location: Remote (EST time zone preferred)
• Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and optimize ROI of marketing campaigns across channels
• Work closely with media agencies to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, including:
• Campaign activations
• Revenue generation
• Overall campaign performance
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on social media campaigns and performance metrics
• Build insights and actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
• Leverage data to support strategic decision-making
Required Expertise
• Strong background in Marketing Analytics / Decision Science (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in:
• Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
• Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Long-Term Attribution (LTA)
• Funnel Analytics
• Campaign Analytics
• ROI analysis across marketing and social media channels
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in:
• SQL
• Advanced Excel
• Strong understanding of statistical and analytical techniques, including:
• Correlation
• Regression
• Forecasting
• Segmentation
• Experience with the Google ecosystem, such as:
• AdMob
• AdSense
• Google Play (or similar platforms)
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
