Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and maintaining healthcare data, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process and maintain healthcare data, including eligibility records, claims, and other relevant information
* Resolve discrepancies and errors in data, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete data
* Reconcile eligibility records between systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
* Monitor and track data for quality and completeness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, claims, and operations, to ensure seamless data flow and resolve issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems, policies, and procedures related to data entry and management
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and management, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong understanding of healthcare data and systems, including eligibility records, claims, and other relevant information
* Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare organization or related industry
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
* Certification in data entry, analysis, or management, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS)
