As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for acting as a reference point for our customers, working with internal tools and software to monitor and resolve customer requests, collecting customer feedback, and sharing reports with relevant team members. You'll also interact with multiple stakeholders, including customers, software engineers, product managers, designers, and salespeople. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities: * Act as a reference point for our customers in all their interactions with arenaflex * Work with several internal tools and software to monitor, organize, and resolve customer requests * Collect customer feedback, produce reports, and share them with relevant team members * Interact with multiple stakeholders, including customers, software engineers, product managers, designers, and salespeople * Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively * Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests * Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to the product and development teams to inform product improvements **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll need: * **Passion**: You genuinely connect with this role and are eager to build a fulfilling career in customer support.
