**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics Analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven models and algorithms
* Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a business or healthcare setting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a business or healthcare setting
* Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Familiarity with data science tools and techniques, such as machine learning and natural language processing
* Experience with data governance and data quality principles
* Certification in data analysis or visualization, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
