As a key member of our revenue organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the renewal and retention of subscription licenses for our life sciences and healthcare clients. Your primary objective will be to drive implementation and usage of all arenaflex solutions, while identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * **Building and Maintaining Client Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction. * **Develop relationships with relevant teams within client organizations**: Work closely with client teams to ensure deep integration and widespread usage of arenaflex services among assigned clients. * **Identify new teams to ensure clients are deriving maximum value**: Proactively identify opportunities to expand arenaflex services within client organizations, ensuring clients are leveraging our solutions to their full potential. * **Manage client expectations and portray arenaflex service value proposition effectively**: Communicate the value and benefits of arenaflex services to clients, ensuring they understand the world-class solutions we provide. * **Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, results, and in Salesforce**: Accurately track and record client interactions, results, and progress in Salesforce, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams. * **Reporting & Analytics**: Regularly review and analyze product usage to identify trends and monitor client health, providing updates to sales and management teams. * **Client Proactive Outreach**: Develop client-ready presentations, webinars, training, and use cases in collaboration with other arenaflex teams, ensuring clients receive tailored support and guidance. * **Market Updates, Key Findings, Webinars, Solution Changes, New Users, Latent Users**: Utilize social platforms to identify potential new users, develop proactive client-specific outreach plans, and create strategic communication outreach plans. * **Training and Support**: Schedule, coordinate, and execute basic training sessions, work with client key contacts to develop training plans, and collaborate with the arenaflex training team to ensure client training needs are met. * **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with assigned Account Managers to derive successful outcomes, convey key insights to Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Management teams, and provide input on trends and needs of the client base. **About You** * **Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments**: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Success Manager with a minimum of 7 years of managing customers in a SaaS organization where customer success is built and maintained. * **Life sciences experience is required**: A strong understanding of the life sciences and healthcare industries is essential for this role. * **Desirable Skills and Qualifications**: Ability to define and establish goals based on customer needs and arenaflex business capabilities, self-starting, self-motivated, team player with an ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams, strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and a track record of results with an extremely high level of customer focus and passion. **What We Offer** * **Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package**: arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a competitive salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive health insurance. * **Opportunities for Growth and Development**: We offer a range of opportunities for growth and development, including training and development programs, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities. * **Collaborative and Dynamic Work Environment**: Our team is collaborative, dynamic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
