**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced CX Ambassador Customer Service Representative to join our global team. As a key ambassador for our customers, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and concerns via chat, email, or phone. You'll address customer requests and concerns confidently and competently, taking ownership of data changes, service requests, and orders in our systems. Your expertise will enable you to offer customized solutions to our customers.

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a customer service representative or in a related field, or a willingness to make a career change.
* Strong, ideally native-level German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as advanced English language skills.
* Quick understanding and a preference for independent work.
* Proficient PC skills and reliability in data management.
* Enjoyment of communication, customer interaction, and working in a 100% remote environment with a vibrant digital community.
* A stable internet connection and a quiet home office environment are essential.
