With a strong focus on employee engagement and development, we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success. **The Role** As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from customers regarding loan-level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss. * Researching and resolving customer issues while demonstrating empathy and understanding. * Proactively assisting customers in avoiding future challenges by understanding their current issues. * Participating in special projects and adjusting priorities as requested. * Engaging in a comprehensive paid training program to learn about the business, systems, and policies. **Initial Onsite Training and Remote Work Opportunity** The initial 10-week onsite orientation will take place at our Atlanta office, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate with your peers, form strong relationships with your manager and colleagues, and experience the arenaflex culture firsthand.
