**Job Summary**
Our Customer Lending Representatives are the heartbeat of arenaflex's sales force. In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and building rapport with prospective customers. **Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Lending Representative - Sales, you will be responsible for:
* Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing exceptional customer service to prospective customers and building rapport quickly.
* Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry.
* Identifying customer's goals and objectives.
* Sending quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customers.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience required.
* 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience required.
* Ability to handle high volume phone calls and various rebuttals required.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required, Bilingual a plus.
* Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills required.
* High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package for Customer Lending Representatives. The base hourly rate for this role is $17/hour; in addition to a monthly bonus incentive. arenaflex also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision, and a generous paid time off policy.
