As a Customer Service Agent on our night shift team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service, even in the early hours of the morning. **About the Role:** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve any incidents that arise on a daily basis, ensuring that our customers receive accurate, valid, and complete information.
