**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our contact center, you'll provide prompt and accurate responses to telephone inquiries from both customers and financial professionals. You'll be trained on our products in a structured and active inbound contact-center environment, where you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, solve problems, and exceed published benchmarks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from customers or financial professionals who need assistance on our procedures
* Build relationships by listening, paraphrasing, and problem-solving
* Provide clear information and manage a diverse clientele
* Emphasize attendance and punctuality, ensuring that you're available to support our customers during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm)
* Support basic arenaflex website registration and navigation
* Research required information using available resources
* Follow up with customers or financial professionals to ensure that their needs are met
* Respond to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
**What You Bring**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Aim to exceed standard call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
* Computer proficiency skills, including the ability to navigate our website and other software applications
* Process-focused on customer relationships, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and communication
* Ability to work shift-times between 7am-6pm, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
* For 100% remote and hybrid positions: Appropriate internet speed (50 mbps or higher of download speed) to ensure that you're effective at home
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Range $43,000 - $47,000 (actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location)
