**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you'll work under general supervision to deliver exceptional customer service by supporting the Service Department. You'll be responsible for assisting customers on the phone and in person before, during, and after service/repair processes. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service, exceeding their expectations and building a loyal customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer all incoming service calls in a prompt and friendly manner, displaying empathy and a positive tone of voice throughout the entire customer interaction.
* Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers when needed, providing seamless support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
* Answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, and route customers' calls to ensure timely and efficient service.
* Provide written messages to the responsible party in a timely manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment, ensuring they're informed and prepared for their service visit.
* Assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived to schedule appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
* Contact customers with Repair Requests to schedule appointments, providing clear and concise information about the repair process.
* File repair orders and all supporting documentation daily, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Audit all sublet invoices to ensure they're processed and resolved per arenaflex Guidelines, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ensure the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Execute Retail Service Standardized Work, providing a seamless and efficient customer experience.
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times, consistently executing the Retail Service Standardized Work and Voice of Customer (VoC) processes.
* Maintain or exceed arenaflex guidelines for customer satisfaction, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention.
* Read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain proper records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge, to efficiently manage and maintain records.
**Customer Operator Job Description**
* Successfully work with associates in other departments within the store, providing a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Demonstrate above-average communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen effectively when dealing with customers/associates, both in person and over the phone.
* Stay current in arenaflex provided training in all areas of the Service process, ensuring a high level of knowledge and expertise.
* Possess intermediate computer skills, efficiently managing and maintaining records.
**Working Conditions**
* Primarily indoor environment, with occasional exposure to noisy conditions.
* May require sitting or standing for extended periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain a healthy and comfortable work environment.
* Flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour days, to accommodate customer needs and business requirements.
* Follow all arenaflex, O.S.H.A., and EPA standards, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment and proper waste disposal in required areas.
