Our Mods chat with customers, moderate web content, manage communities, and buzz in social media for our clients. We bring companies closer to their customers than ever before, and our expertise has been put to work by global enterprises, international agencies, and hip new startups alike. **The Role** As an arenaflex Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing top-notch support to customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services, solving concerns and guiding them to the right answers. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via phone and ticket support * Assist and guide customers to the right answers, solving concerns and optimizing the use of a client's product or services * Work with a variety of clients, each with their unique products and services * Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless project execution * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on client products and services * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Requirements** * 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Friendly tone and positive attitude * Willingness to adjust for feedback and help the team * Availability to work weekdays and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) * Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above * Quality headset * Quiet workspace to take calls * Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with multiple clients and products * Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language) **What We Offer** * The potential to work with some of the coolest clients around the world * Flexible self-scheduling * Access to 'Hot Gigs' postings exclusive to the arenaflex Network * Work from home * Competitive hourly rate (discussed during the interview process) * Paid orientation * Ongoing training and development opportunities * A dynamic and supportive work environment **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
