**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
* Assisting customers via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns
* Providing excellent customer service to both customers and internal teams, ensuring a positive and professional experience
* Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through our escalation process
* Partnering with the Sales Department to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication
* Performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations
**Qualifications**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
* 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged)
* A High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette
* Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
* Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
* A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently
* Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
* Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods
