**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging your interpersonal skills, business knowledge, and product expertise. You'll work closely with our Branch Manager and staff to build relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and respond to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
* Build internal and external relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust
* Maintain customer confidentiality and private information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
* Conduct customer interviews, process applications, and make recommendations for product and services approval
* Process payments, verify cash, endorsements, issue receipts, ACH, and other financial transactions
* Prepare and present assigned daily marketing offers, promoting arenaflex's products and services
* Responsible for assigned collection of customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Compile and maintain records of all daily assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
* Demonstrated ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
* Advanced interpersonal relationship skills, with experience in various social and business settings
* Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
* Action and result-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
* Proficient with MS Office Suite products
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Familiarity with financial products and services
