**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing an effortless experience to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents regarding insurance questions, inquiries, or concerns. Your primary role will be to handle a variety of inbound telephone calls, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to build value and the arenaflex brand.
**Responsibilities**
* Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
* Take ownership of ensuring that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
* Assist customers over the phone, providing empathetic and effective solutions to their insurance-related queries
* Develop a deep understanding of insurance products and processes through our comprehensive training program
* Commit to the training and work schedule, with a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
**Qualifications**
* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
* Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
* Spanish bilingual a plus

* Base pay: $22 per hour, with the opportunity for growth and advancement
