Our team is made up of talented professionals who share a common goal: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer cases, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations to drive process excellence. You'll work closely with our ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. If you're a data analytics expert with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Review customer cases, perform research, and analyze data to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies * Use customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify opportunities for improvement * Conduct research, interpret results, and translate findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership * Provide insights to the leadership team with process or improvement strategies * Work closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on your recommendations * Review customer cases, interpret the life cycle, provide root cause analysis, and make recommendations on improvements * Analyze data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared with key stakeholders **Minimum Requirements** * High School or GED * 1-2 Years Contact Center Experience * 2-3 Years Customer Service Experience * 1-2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting **Preferred Qualifications** * Demonstrated experience in data validation * Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools * Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis * Experience in analytics implementation * Proven skill level in Excel, such as pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts * Proven skill level in PowerPoint **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote associate at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
