Our innovative CX solutions, technology, and expertise are designed to support operational needs for our clients and deliver a seamless experience to customers in the moments that matter. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to insurance policies.
