**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, providing support and assistance to our clients and caregivers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving client and nurse queries, and providing timely responses to queries through our texting platform. You'll also be responsible for notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary, confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start, and performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* Answer all incoming calls and respond to client and nurse queries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours support
* Provide timely responses to queries through our texting platform
* Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary
* Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
* Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
* Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed
* Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Fluent in English**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and caregivers in English.
* **Compassionate and confident**: You'll need to be able to provide empathetic and professional support to our clients and caregivers.
* **Responsible and reliable**: You'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
* **10+ years' work experience in customer service + office duties**: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
* **Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours**: You'll need to be able to work a 3-day week with 4-hour shifts per day, as well as a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.
* **Impeccable phone and computer skills**: You'll need to be able to use our platform and technology to provide support to our clients and caregivers.
* **Staffing and/or health care experience**: You'll need to have experience working in a staffing or healthcare environment, or be willing to learn and adapt to our specific needs.
* **Experience working remotely and independently to the USA**: You'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
* **Quiet and professional work-from-home environment**: You'll need to be able to work from a quiet and professional home environment, with reliable Wi-Fi and a backup plan for load-shedding.
