**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
* Work with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations
* Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and drive sales
* Come up with creative solutions to problems and think on your feet to provide exceptional customer service
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
* Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Sales associate or cashiering experience
* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
