**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our customers to resolve their queries, investigate issues, and provide expert guidance on our products and services. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with customers to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on the arenaflex platform
* Provide expert guidance on arenaflex products and services, both at a technical and customer-use case level
* Develop and implement solutions to help customers maximize their value from arenaflex, identifying opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively
* Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with peer colleagues across various teams (Sales, Onboarding, Record Management, Maintenance, etc.) to increase customer engagement and retention
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest arenaflex products and services
