CSP empowers arenaflex's global network of Community Support ambassadors, utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer service with high efficiency. Our Chatbot Product team is focused on providing a seamless user experience by combining AI capabilities with the expertise of our support ambassadors. **The Difference You Will Make** As a Senior iOS Software Engineer on our CSP team, you will work in a collaborative environment with talented engineers to create innovative user experiences for AI-driven customer service products. You will play a significant role in shaping the technical vision and delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions. Your expertise will help us build high-quality products and features that meet the needs of our global community. **A Typical Day** As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, your day will be filled with opportunities to collaborate with product, design, and engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy. You will drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle, from technical design to launch. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing code and design documents, providing feedback on product specs and mocks * Collaborating with product management, design, and data teams to ensure seamless product development * Nurturing a culture of technical quality from design to production operations * Participating in code reviews and architecture discussions to improve teammate productivity **Your Expertise** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications at scale with a high volume of users, with an eye for visual details * Expertise in Swift or Objective-C, UIKit, and SwiftUI, as well as knowledge of UI architecture and UI performance * Strong product sense and a passion for UI and UX product development, with the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical partners * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product management, design, data, and other iOS, Android, and Web Engineers * Passion for continuous learning and innovation in the mobile industry * Experience with chatbot/AI product development is a plus * Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience **Your Location** This position is US-Remote Eligible, with occasional work at an arenaflex office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. You must live in a state where arenaflex, Inc. has a registered entity. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
